“ THE BETON AGE ”
ベトン器時代（ベトンはフランス語でコンクリート）という架空の時代を設定し、近年出土したその時代の遺物として作られる一連のオブジェのシリーズ。

ある程度の形までは型に流し込みで整形し、そこから膨大な時間をかけ、手作業で削りあげることで作られています。

今回はベトン器初期の道具ともつかないプリミティブなものから、金属やアクリル、ガラスなどが組み込まれた、文明の進化を思わせるような新しいシリーズまで、作家自身の発想と創作の進化 / 深化が、架空のベトン器文明の発展とシンクロします。

2011年に一旦作家活動から退き、京都にてgood is good.というギャラリーを運営（現在は自身と、同じく作家で妻の @yukaseto_ の作品発表の場となっている）。2022年ころより作家活動を再開し、コンクリートや無機質な素材を彫刻するという現在のスタイルに至ります。
